Happy Saturday everyone! Did a quick Father’s Day card today using my neglected cricut expression 2. I have been using my Eclips lately and love it.. but thought I may use my cricut once in a while so here is what I came up with
TGIS (Thank God is Saturday) After all the chores I decided to relax and do a card for http://www.mypinkstamper.com/ Father’s Day Challenge. The challenge was to use brown, yellow and green colors on the card. Here is mine
I used the Potpourri Cartridge for the fishing rod on page 55. I cut it at 1 1/2″.
The boat came from Stand and Salute cartridge on page 58. Cut at 2″. I used the cuttlebug to give it texture.
The brads are from Making Memories and the water sticker came from Me and My Big Ideas.
The “Dad is Gone Fishing” sign was cut at 1 1/2 inches (shadow) and 1″ for the salmon sign. I also used the cuttlebug to give texture to the sign. Note the plaid paper is actually a dark yellow but it seems to show up brownish in the picture. The boat is brown and the fishing rod is green.
